By accessing or using AI•Companion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By using AI•Companion (free or paid), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, parental consent is required.
1.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
1.4 Service Availability
We strive to keep AI•Companion available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages or maintenance may occur.
1.5 Use Restrictions
You agree not to use AI•Companion for illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
- Generating or sharing false or harmful information
- Uploading or requesting sensitive personal data (e.g., credit card details, passports, etc.)
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse the system
1.6 System Reliability
We continuously work to improve AI•Companion and enhance the accuracy and stability of the service. However, system errors, interruptions, or unexpected behavior may occur.
We are not liable for any delays, disruptions, or data loss caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
If you experience any problems while using the service, please report them to [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve them promptly.
2. Pro Plan Terms
2.1 Access Period
Pro access is valid for the duration stated at purchase (e.g., 7-Day Pass or 30-Day Pass).
After the period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free Plan.
2.2 One-Time Purchase
Pro plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
You may repurchase a plan at any time to extend access.
2.3 Refund Policy
All Pro plan purchases are non-refundable, as a free version is provided for users to test the service before upgrading.
2.4 Feature Access
Pro users gain extended features such as higher message limits, better AI reasoning, and advanced access to visual or data outputs.
Features may change over time as we improve the system.
3. AI Disclaimer and Model Information
3.1 Nature of AI Responses
AI•Companion generates responses using OpenAI’s GPT language models (ChatGPT API) combined with curated travel data and custom logic developed by Welcome to Vietnam.
Responses are for informational and entertainment purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
3.2 No Professional Advice
Information provided by AI•Companion should not be considered professional, legal, or authoritative advice.
Always verify critical details (such as visa rules, health and safety regulations, or official prices) with reliable sources before making decisions.
3.3 Model Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welcome to Vietnam and AI•Companion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from or in connection with your use of AI•Companion, including but not limited to:
- reliance on AI responses,
- system errors or outages,
- lost data, or
- any actions taken based on AI recommendations.
By using AI•Companion, you acknowledge and agree that all AI responses are for informational and entertainment purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
3.4 Liability Disclaimer
Welcome to Vietnam and AI•Companion assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from reliance on AI responses.
3.5 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by AI•Companion.
Do not share confidential, financial, or personal information with the AI.
3.6 Data Privacy
AI•Companion does not permanently store personal conversations.
Some information may be temporarily logged (e.g., message history, IP address, or user email) to improve service performance, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
3.7 Travel Content Disclaimer
All maps, images, graphics, and other visual content provided by AI•Companion are intended for personal travel use only. While they may serve as general reference, they are optimized for tourism and may not reflect official, scientific, or fully accurate information. Users should not rely on this content for professional, academic, or official purposes.
